Thank you for booking your home cleaning with Match Maid Cleaning. Please review the terms below carefully.
By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We look forward to providing you with excellent service.
All billing is handled electronically through our trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe. For your security:
A valid payment method is required to maintain active service. We reserve the right to cancel services if a valid card is not on file.
A temporary authorization hold for the total service amount will be placed on your card 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

We understand that plans change. However, late cancellations directly impact our cleaners' schedules and earnings. The following fees apply:
All fees are charged to the card on file.
Recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are offered at a discounted rate compared to one-time cleans. Because that discount is based on ongoing, recurring service, a $50 fee applies if you cancel your recurring plan after only your first clean. This fee is charged to the card on file and accounts for the discount provided on that initial visit. It does not apply once you have completed more than one recurring clean.
Match Maid Cleaning reserves the right to reassign cleaners as needed, including for recurring or one-time services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance whenever possible.
All service-related complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion to qualify for resolution.

If a home is deemed unsafe or unreasonable upon arrival, cleaners may leave and applicable cancellation fees will apply.
Cleaning prices assume cleaners can focus fully on cleaning. Please ensure:

Please move appliances or furniture ahead of time if you would like areas behind or underneath cleaned.
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract any Match Maid Cleaning employee or contractor during service and for two (2) years following termination.

All service changes must be approved by Match Maid Cleaning prior to the appointment.
If a cleaning service is booked for an incorrect number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms or incorrect house information was given, the company will contact you to adjust the booking fee.
If we miss something:

Hourly services are based solely on time purchased.
Flat rates assume a reasonable level of cleanliness. If additional time is required:

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked through our service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
We may terminate or suspend access to services at any time without notice for violations of these terms.
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
